Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or activation of the service.

  • The service or product has not been fully delivered, consumed, or used (e.g., unused ad account balance or uninitiated campaign setup).

  • There has been a technical issue or service failure on our side that prevented you from receiving the promised value.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The service has been fully delivered or utilized.

  • You changed your mind after account setup, launch, or delivery of access.

  • Violations of our terms of service or ad platform policies (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, etc.).

  • Delay or issue caused by incomplete information or lack of cooperation from the client.

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
